Welcome to Horse Adult Leader Training and Educational Resource (HALTER) Level Three! This course is part of a four course series for adult volunteers working with you in the horse industry or anyone that wants to learn more about equine science and how to use this knowledge in youth programs to foster positive youth development. These courses can be taken in any order, based on your background knowledge and areas of interest.
Once you have successfully completed the lesson, and their associated requirements, you will receive a certificate of completion. HALTER Level Three Learning Objectives
Objectives of this lesson includes:

HALTER Level Three Requirements
A certificate of completion is awarded to learners who complete the following lesson sub-sections and achieve an 80% proficiency on each assessment/quiz.
